Dr. Krishnamurthy (BVK) is an expert in the areas of strategy, quality, and accreditation. An award winning CEO before he entered academia, Dr. BVK has been honored with the Education Leader of the Year 2012 by the IACBE, the Teaching Excellence Award 2012 by ACBSP, and seven international quality awards including two Deming, one Star, and one Gold awards. He has led two business schools to international recognition. He has taught strategy, marketing, international business, and TQM in the USA, India, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, China, and Russia.
Deborah K. Robbins, M.P.A., SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Chief Operations Officer
Debbie Robbins has over 30 years of experience within nearly every organizational level of higher education and business from faculty/first-line employee to senior leadership. She has worked in the public sector, private sector, and with non-profit organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wyoming.

Richard Mansheim, MS.Ed., SHRM-CP
Chief Financial Officer
Rick’s higher education background crosses over many different areas including budget management and forecasting, policy and procedure development, succession planning, working with nonprofit boards, and staff/faculty development. Rick is currently completing his Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership with Grand Canyon University.

Ann Edwards
Business Manager
Ann’s background includes human resources, accounting, and office management in the coal mining, and oil and gas industries, as well as operating a non-profit organization and co-owning several family businesses. Ann has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
Lana Gaskins
Director of Client Services
Lana Gaskins has an extensive and broad reaching background in leadership, human resources, and workforce training and development in the private and public sectors. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Black Hills State University. Lana has a true enthusiasm for people development and uses this enthusiasm to focus on providing clients and students quality customer service.

Kayla Vos
Assistant Director of Client Services
Kayla Vos has a great depth of experience in the fields of customer service, client management, and business operations based on her previous work within the lodging and web service industries. Her higher education experience was with Dakota State University in Madison South Dakota. Kayla’s focus is on ensuring the highest quality of customer service and care.
Kimberly Carroll, M.S.
Client Services Manager
Kim Carroll has a diverse background encompassing the fields of criminal justice, victim’s services, and education. Her roles have included senior management, victim’s advocacy, and elementary educator. Kim holds a Master of Science from Regis University. Her approachability, work, and educational experience allow her to provide the highest standard of customer service.

Client Services Manager
Lara Miller brings a unique perspective derived from two decades of experience as a legal assistant, as well as multiple years of experience working for a non-profit and then a municipality. Lara received an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Wyoming College. Lara is committed to earning the trust and confidence of each Peregrine client by providing the highest level of service through personal attention, integrity, and a quality work product.

Josh Duryea
Client Service Manager
Josh received his undergraduate education at the University of Wyoming, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in 2012. He brings a unique blend of professional, educational, and leadership, experience to the Peregrine team. As a Client Service Manager, Josh is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and care to all Peregrine clients.

Brenda Bishop
Special Projects
Brenda Bishop’s background includes senior human resource management, safety, and department of corrections rehabilitation. Brenda’s academic degree is in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
Christina Perry
Services and Marketing Coordinator
Christina Perry spent her formative years studying and working abroad, and is fluent in French and Spanish. A Wyoming native, Christina earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Wyoming, after completing an International Baccalaureate program at Pearson College UWC in British Columbia, and a year of foreign studies at Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After university, Christina lived and worked in France for four years, marketing historic properties to an international clientele. Her experience with various education systems and cultures adds to the depth of our sales and marketing team.
P.J. Burns
Director of Leadership Services
P.J. Burns has spent the majority of her career marketing and advocating for small businesses and not for profit organizations. Her experience in event and project management makes her a valued member of the Peregrine team. She heartily believes in giving back to the community and volunteers for several not for profit organizations in Gillette. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and is a graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management.

Melissa Birk, M.S.
Information Systems Manager
Melissa Birk’s professional career includes both university and the US Government roles within the information management systems field. Melissa has experience in contingency planning, policy development, information systems security, information systems design, and development. Melissa holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer and Network Security and a Master’s degree in Information Assurance from Dakota State University.

Ryan Scott
Director of Programming
Ryan has over 30 years of programming experience, during which time he’s worked as a senior developer and managed several project teams. Ryan likes to say he’s been a nerd since his parents purchased their first computer back in the 1980’s. He first started dabbling with computer programming around the age of 9. He programmed professionally all through high school and during his senior year, he won a national competition in computer programming. When he’s not writing software, Ryan enjoys camping, honey bees and astronomy.

Michael Napolitano
Assistant Director of Programming
Michael Napolitano is a certified programmer in all major internet-based languages and a leader within his field for web programming and database design. He has worked for several software development firms and has an extensive background in system management and creation.

Joseph Lemmon
Senior Developer
Joseph Lemmon’s experience in software as a service development includes several years with the US Department of Energy National Laboratory in Idaho. Joe built and maintained a variety of software systems for both private and public organizations.

Robert Krieger
Senior Developer
Robert Krieger is a software engineer from Colorado who specializes in API and database design. He graduated from Colorado State University and enjoys spending the summer on his motorcycle and and the winter on the ski slopes.

Marty Casey
Senior Developer
Marty has over 30 years of industry experience. He has worked for Lotus, IBM, DEC, HP and in industries ranging from retail shrink-wrapped products to DOD projects. He has developed projects for enterprise web, mobile web, middleware, web services and developer API’s on both mainframes and windows. Marty has taught Computer Science classes for U.C. Berkeley’s Extension Program and is an adjunct at Sheridan College. Marty holds three patents in his field.
Terence Golla

Terence Golla has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology having worked in a wide range of industries including transportation, manufacturing, oil & gas and computer software for such companies as American Airlines, Sheraton Hotels, Dollar-Thrifty, Harsco, Berendsen Fluid Power, Williams Companies and Microsoft. Terence’s expertise is in system integration and software development as a full-stack software developer specializing in Microsoft technologies and the .NET Framework. He is also on the board of trustees for Tapes Fine Arts, a non-profit specializing in musical education and theater, and has taught computer programming courses as an adjunct professor for Tulsa Community College.

Kim dedicated over 16 years to higher education administrative support, including departmental and program project coordination, and program accreditation.
